寻找用户的同理心:平实语言模型

当用户面临重大问题和重要决策时,平实的语言可以帮助他们做出对自己最佳的选择。“BUROC”模型有助于识别在哪些情况下用户需要获取信息然后据此作出行动,而通俗平实的语言可能对读者有益,因为信息有“官僚色彩”、“不熟悉”、“以权益为本”或“挑剔口吻”。该模型可以帮助您对网站或系统的用户产生同理心,从用户而不是您自己的角度观察问题。文章全文为英文版
