Gavin Lew is a managing director of User Centric, Inc. His research is in the field of user experience and his user-centered design work focuses on handheld devices and mobile technologies. Gavin uses his expertise to help companies such as Verizon Wireless, Motorola, Abbott, and Microsoft improve their products. He holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. Currently, Gavin is spending time developing a mobile research platform, LEOtrace® Mobile, to conduct longitudinal/experience sampling studies to gain better insight into the everyday user experience.
