Javier is one of the UX pioneers in Latin America. He has been a practitioner at agencies, in-house, and a consultant for major corporations in Chile and the U.S. He recently completed a Ph.D. in Information Science at UNC Chapel Hill and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at CITIAPS - Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
