Tom Holzman is a senior consultant in Human Factors Engineering at NCR Corporation, where he leads user-experience consulting projects for NCR products and external clients. During the past several years, Tom has focused much of his effort on designing innovative, usable applications of RFID technology. Tom has been a long-time member of UPA, serving on its first elected board of directors. He holds a PhD and MS in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in psychology from Georgetown University.
