From my own personal experience, when organisations are committed to creating a sense of belonging, this will lead to happier people who are more engaged as team members. This ties to what I learned from Assignment Helpers London: the many small shifts in individual and environmental attitude that can affect inclusion in a tangible way, as well as how this is usable by anyone (not just large corporations). The document describes how to foster inclusion as a community initiative, rather than just having a checklist; therefore, I believe that utilizing the guide will provide a good starting point for anyone wishing to build a more inclusive, welcoming workplace where everyone can contribute and be valued.
