Chinese users perceive ATMs as convenient and modern. However, our research highlighted a pattern of behavior that did not match our expected use of ATMs.
Graham Johnson
As director of Advanced Technology and Research for NCR, Graham Johnson sets research and technology directions, initiates key university-based research relationships, drives innovation, and manages the group. Previously, as assistant director of NCR's Knowledge Lab, London, he established the research agenda for the consortium-based, award-winning advanced innovation center. Prior to NCR, he helped build the usability consulting group within Philips in the Netherlands. He holds a BA (Honours) degree in Psychology and a M. Sc. in Work Design and Ergonomics.
