    In my experience, every project when the Customer is not involved, is not successful. Building a relationship with the Product Owner, Stakeholders and end-users is the key to change management of the new processes. So many times there’s a disconnect with what the user’s want and what the business wants to pay for. Until the business starts listening they will always produce solutions that fall flat.

    Hi Diana, I agree, I think this is all about transparency, about communicating more frequently and in a way that all stakeholders have ‘at least’ all the facts they need to do a good job.

    The problem with more traditional approaches is that they leave too many people working in isolation for too long between stage gates. Especially in areas such as software development and experience design we are working in the unknown. The quicker and better feedback you can get the quicker and better the end result will be.
