当用户使用产品时,他们会经历一系列情感体验,影响用户和产品之间的契合度。改善这种契合度需要了解用户行为,以便持续改进产品。通常测量的关键绩效指标 (KPI) 背后隐藏的用户行为和情感并非总能得到很好的理解。结合采用战略性的定量跟踪和定性跟进调查,可以揭示对业务和用户体验影响重大的隐藏问题。
