Jean FoxJean Fox is a UX Researcher at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, which collects much of their data through surveys administered to businesses and individuals. Jennifer EdgarJennifer Edgar was the Associate Commissioner for the Office of Survey Methods Research at the Bureau of Labor Statistics before she passed away in November 2020. She had over 20 years’ experience working on questionnaire design, question wording, and qualitative evaluation methods, including cognitive interviewing.
