    Can you please expand on the ‘Precision’ part of the continuum?

    I’m a little confused here, because on one hand the continuum graphic suggests that we need the highest precision at the ‘Documentation’ level, but on the other hand precision is a key to writing short and to the point messages at the ‘Do’ and ‘Be done for me’ levels?
